Doesn’t sound dramatic or anything, but TikTok changed my life. The amount of time I spend scrolling through the app’s fun dance videos and DIY tutorials can be a bit daunting, but it’s not all a waste of time. In fact, TikTok is a life-changing source of hacks and genius product recommendation I would never have found out that a video clip of 60 seconds or less didn’t appear on the My Friends Page, which is the app’s equivalent of the discovery page. Speaking of product recommendations, there’s an ongoing trend around apps where people drop Top buy on Amazon it’s random but “just makes sense.” To see what I’m talking about, scroll down to see this example from a fashion influencer Brittany Xavier. Naturally, I watched over a dozen similar videos and soon I was filling my cart with all the hidden things I discovered.
