‘The Fans Strike Back’: Immersive Star Wars Exhibit Opens in NYC With Over 600 Memorable Objects


NEW YORK CITY (WABC) – Star Wars fans gathered in New York City on Wednesday to celebrate their favorite characters with an exhibit dedicated to the galactic story. .

“The Fans Strike Back” features over 600 official items from the Star Wars Universe that have been collected by fans, for fans.

The exhibition opens in March and is an immersive experience that transports visitors to a galaxy far, far away.

Fans who arrive on May 4, known as Star Wars Day, will receive a special surprise if they wear the costume.

Attendees can choose between a standard ticket to the exhibition or an upgrade to a VIP ticket, which also includes a painting with a backdrop from the Star Wars Universe plus a gift that can help you hone your Jedi skills.

The exhibition is the largest private collection of Star Wars memorabilia, including posters, drawings, models, and more than 50 sculptures.

So whether you’re a supporter of the Empire or a supporter of the Uprising, every fan has something.

Tickets start at $39 for adults and $26.30 for Padawans.
