In a world where everyone is constantly engaged in technology and updating each other’s lives through social media, it can feel a bit out of place at first without your phone in your pocket.

A natural instinct when at an event is often to use your device to check your scores, take a picture of whatever you’re watching, and message all groups of friends about your experience, although preferences may not be the same. that selector is immediately removed from you with a request to leave them. other places

The rules also apply to media, who have lockers to store their items in the Press Building or Content Center – depending on the area they’re working in. What begins to happen as disappointment quickly turns into relief, with patrons actually watching the action, rather than through a small screen normally pointed at themselves, a pleasurable experience.

What a view!

For the first viewer, Augusta National is a masterpiece. Before coming here, I kept hearing “you don’t realize how hilly this place is compared to what you see on TV” from people who have been there.

They were very quick to tell stories and now that I’m here, you know what they mean.

A lovely venue is an amphitheater located between the 11th court area and the 12th teeing ground. 12th is iconic – 11th is underrated. The experience is unforgettable.

Dreams and nightmares are realized on the 18th, to the surprise of which it looks so much smaller than a human. Oh, and you don’t realize how hilly…

The tiger’s madness is real

“Tiger Way!” and “Come on Tiger!” are two very popular phrases around Augusta National, with patrons paying homage to The Pied Piper of The Masters.

When he plays, everyone follows suit and the frenzy is definitely real. Say a line from a 1983 classic, “every step you take, every step you take, I’ll follow you”. And they do. If you want an obscure view of the golf course at Augusta, follow the Tiger.

If you want to see the course and some others play some great golf, follow the group behind Woods. You can still hear the roars and be part of the “Tiger” brigade.

Crazy merchandise!

You would be forgiven for thinking that Woods is in the merchandise building, as it has been constantly packed this week. People queued for hundreds of meters outside and zig-zag a similar distance inside the building.

Once you weave your way through the shops of the patrons, the store will be so jammed that you will have very little chance of swinging your stick in there! Whatever golf item you can think of, chances are you’ll find it there with The Masters logo on it.

If you are looking to buy gifts for friends and family, my advice is to go straight to the checkout area. There you’ll find flags, scarves, pitchers, balls, markers – pretty much anything you can imagine. Work completed.

Customers prioritize pricing

Food prices at Augusta National must be seen to believe!

Speaking of purchases, one thing patrons haven’t changed is the cost of food while attending The Masters, which is the cheapest I’ve seen at a sporting event.

Pimento Cheese Bread, a diet staple in this part of the world, costs as little as $1.50, with a wide variety of bread products charged for the same price and all All have Masters-branded packaging. Where else would you find those prices?!
