The Semiconductor Industry Association said global chip sales grew 26.2% year-on-year to a record $555.9 billion in 2021 and forecast 8.8% growth in 2022.– The Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA) on Monday said global chip sales hit a record in 2021 at $555.9 billion, up 26.2% year-on-year.
