Tom Brady Says There Are A Lot Of Bad NFL Ball Games

Tom Brady is right.
The NFL is a lousy team so far this season.
Stinky Thursday Night Between the Indianapolis Colts and the Denver Broncos was Exhibition A.
The Colts’ 12-9 overtime victory was so rancid that even the biggest NFL fans had to tune in for the Golden Girls marathon on Hallmark. Neither team can score a head-to-head goal.
But this was really common in the first four weeks of the season.
Games are filled with blunders, careless fouls, bad coach decisions and terrible leads in games that should have ended.
“There’s a lot of bad football from what I watch,” Brady told the media on Thursday before the game. “I watch a lot of bad football. Poor quality football. That’s what I see.”
Brady should know bad football. His Tampa Bay Buccaneers had a rough season 2-2 and struggled most of the time, trying to get into the bottom zone from the red zone.
Brady, 45 and in his 23rd season, makes it clear why his team isn’t playing well.
“We watched the movie and understood why,” he said. “You flip the ball over. You get behind. You didn’t play well when you got down to third. You do not score in the red area. All the same. Things you’ve been working on. “
But a lot of what Brady is talking about is happening across the league.
Blame the NFL for these failures.
There are a few factors that must be the reason why.
A) Teams don’t practice as much as they used to; something was agreed in the last CBA.
B) Some coaches don’t have their star midfielders or star players in any pre-season games.
C) Greedy owners who scrapped a previous season to get paid for an extra game of the regular season.
D) There are a few trainers who are definitely too condescending and there are games that are so thoughtless that it’s easy to maneuver. Colts-Broncos’ prime time slot on Amazon is ridiculously ugly – almost impossible to find.
At one point in the first half, there were five hits in a row – four of which were trebles or more. Halftime score is 6-3, Denver.
Who is the pitcher?
It’s definitely like a baseball, not football game that teams throw on most games and coaches will play it all the time as if they were playing Madden.
At half, the Colts have a total of 144 yards. The home team, the Broncos, had a poor result of 103. Denver was third with 2 to 7, while Colt was 3 to 8.
It was a pathetic party, for sure.
Sure, a league would love to have parity – where all the teams have an honest shot to win and it’s not just the haves and don’ts.
But you want quality football in the process. This mess doesn’t make fans happy about their team and gives them hope that they’ll be able to get through the post-season playing shoddy football.
These aren’t just teams that play bad when they play badly. Some very good teams also did not play well. The Cincinnati Bengals, who attended the Super Bowl last season, are off to a bad start. In the opening game, QB Joe Burrow had more spins than a bakery – four interceptions and one fumble.
The Baltimore Ravens played lousy football and blew up the second half, leading to doubles against Miami and Buffalo. Easy, Raven will be 4-0.
Denver’s first-year head coach was so bad that he earned a nickname: Nathaniel “Can’t” Hackett.
And his full-back Russell Wilson didn’t help at all. He is said to be the savior. Everyone thought that all Denver needed was a star QB to accompany a resilient defense. The recipe is supposed to get them to the Super Bowl.
But so far Wilson has been an idiot. Somehow, he didn’t have TDs on Thursday night. Hackett said of Wilson after the game: “It’s not just about him. “It’s all of us.”
And foul play seems to be taking place across the NFL.
As if this game wasn’t bad enough, wait until next Thursday night when the two teams in prime time will be the lowly Washington Command at the Chicago Bears. Under bet. NOW!
It was terrible.
