Tottenham upstream draw 2-2 with Brentford, Kane scores

Harry Kane returned to the Premier League and scored Tottenham’s comeback after two goals in a 2-2 draw with Brentford on Monday.
Kane, who missed a penalty in the World Cup quarter-final defeat to France two weeks ago, scored in the 65th minute. He headed off Clement Lenglet’s cross to score his 10th Premier League goal. for Tottenham on Gift Day, a traditional game day in England the day after Christmas.
Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg equalized six minutes later for Tottenham. Vitaly Janelt and Ivan Toney scored for Brentford.
It was the 6th game in a row Tottenham were leading.
This is the first match in the Premier League in more than a month because the World Cup in Qatar is on a long break.
