The TTC says it has filed an utility with Ontario’s labour board claiming the union representing 1000’s of transit employees is “encouraging members to have interaction in an illegal strike exercise” by not revealing their COVID-19 vaccination standing.
The Toronto Transit Fee stated the applying to the Ontario Labour Relations Board is for a declaration beneath part 100 of the Labour Relations Act (1995) towards ATU Native 113.
