Twin brothers were killed in a crash on the Massachusetts interstate on Christmas Eve, authorities said. The crash happened shortly after 11 a.m. Friday along the westbound lanes of Interstate 195 in Mattapoisett. The Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office said twin brothers Alberto Morales and Ruddy Morales, both 33, of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, were killed in the crash. First responders found two victims inside a Honda Accord that had veered off the left side of the highway into a wooded area. Both were taken to St. Luke’s in New Bedford, where they are presumed dead, authorities said. The single-vehicle crash is being investigated by both state and local police as well as the State Police Crash Analysis Reconstruction Unit.
