Umer Sharif, Pakistani comedian, passes away at age 66 in Germany
He was in search of medical therapy in Germany however set to fly to the US for additional therapy, in keeping with the Embassy of Pakistan in Germany.
Many followers, politicians, and fellow comedians from all around the globe shared their condolences on social media on Saturday.
Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan tweeted his condolences and wrote: “He was one in all our nice entertainers and will probably be missed. My prayers & condolences go to his household.”
Pakistan’s Ambassador to Germany, Dr. Mohammad Faisal, tweeted his condolences and wrote that the Pakistani Embassy in Germany is in “fixed contact with the accompanying household of late Mr. Shariff.”
