The College of Victoria and Saanich Police are taking unprecedented steps to curb the weekend partying on campus. They are saying many of the partiers usually are not UVic college students, and have been turning into extra reckless and uncontrolled. However as Kylie Stanton studies, some blame the college for letting the scenario get uncontrolled.
