US: Colorado City will pay $3m to a woman with dementia injured by police
Colorado Metropolis has been ordered to pay $3 million {dollars} in compensation to a lady with dementia who was injured by police.
Karen Garner, now 75 years previous, suffered a dislocated shoulder and damaged arm when two law enforcement officials in Colorado arrested her for shoplifting final 12 months.
Video recordings captured the arrest, in addition to the officers later laughing concerning the incident.
