A Selwyn Township man faces impaired driving prices following an incident within the village of Bridgenorth on Monday night time.
Peterborough County OPP officers round 9:45 p.m. responded to a report of a car stopped on the intersection of Ward and Bridge streets.
Police say the complainant initially thought the car was disabled however found the driving force was drunk.
“The complainant was in a position to take away the keys from the car and make contact with police,” police stated.
Aidan Sundberg, 21, of Selwyn Township, was charged with two counts of impaired driving (alcohol and blood-alcohol focus 80-plus).
His driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days and the car was impounded for seven days.
He was launched and is scheduled to look in courtroom in Peterborough on Dec. 2, OPP stated Tuesday.
