Video shows chase scene, teen accused of car theft at school
WHITEFISH BAY, Wis. – Whitefish Bay Police released unedited video showing police chasing teenagers driving a stolen vehicle from the Whitefish Bay High School parking lot on Wednesday.
Police say the thieves arrived at the school in a stolen Hyundai, then stole a Kia. Two minors were arrested. The Kia involved in the chase drove away.
Whitefish Bay Police received a report of a stolen gold Kia around 1:45 p.m. KST. The suspects arrived in the Whitefish Bay High School parking lot in a stolen Hyundai.
Police say the suspects broke the Kia’s windows and damaged the steering column before stealing it. Both vehicles then fled the area.
Two Whitefish Bay police officers observed two stolen cars and a chase began.

According to police, the Hyundai was disabled near Flint and Florist. With the help of Glendale police, two suspects were arrested.
Kia hasn’t recovered yet. No students were near the suspects while the vehicle was stolen.
Fees will be directed to the Children’s Center.
