VIDEO: Spotted beaver stroll through downtown St. Paul – WCCO
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Nearly four years ago, a raccoon was expanding a building in downtown St.Paul set fire to the Internet. Now, another wild animal is the talk of the town.
MinnPost reporter Greta Kaul posted a video on Twitter of a beaver walking through Lowertown in downtown St. Paul on Wednesday.

Since then, the video has amassed more than 100,000 views, inspiring hilarious twists on where the animal has gone.
The Saints Paul replied, saying “it must have heard our hats have come today.” Another Twitter user, Doran Wetzel, said the beaver was “making its way to the Lumber Exchange building. Got off at the wrong light rail station. “
Star Tribune columnist Jennifer Brooks made a pun and said, “Daaaam, St. Paul.”
Pioneer Press reported that witnesses called St. Paul on the rodent rodent. But it’s not clear where it went.
