Sonya Deville introduces herself as Bianca Belair’s next title challenger on RAW this week as WWE continues to introduce new storylines after an eventful WrestleMania.
While Vince Russo liked Sonya Deville As Bianca Belair’s first rival in her latest reign, the former WWE writer revealed his big deal with the new feud on Sportskeeda Wrestling’s Legion of RAW.
The veteran says the company needs to address Sonya’s status as a direct authority figure because she used her decision-making power for personal gain on Monday Night RAW. .
Russo is looking forward to seeing how WWE uses Deville and even mentioned the possibility of the McMahon family being involved, as he briefly explains below:
“My only problem with this is if she stays in the GM role or whatever they call it because how would you explain that? You know, you have to show some kind of relationship. with McMahons or something else; how do you maintain an authoritative role if you’re hopping talent from behind? So if that’s worked out I’m okay with it, but otherwise it’s like, come on, man.” [49:40 – 50:15]

Deville appeared on RAW after Belair’s win over Queen Zelina to announce his master’s next opponent.
She tricked the defending champion into signing an open contract before launching a blind attack. Former Tough Enough competitor sent a solid message to the entire roster as she stood tall on a knocked down Belair to end the segment.
As expected, Adam Pearce didn’t appreciate Sonya Deville inserting herself in the header photo, but she paid little heed to his objections.
It will be interesting to see if Deville faces any consequences for his actions. However, she looks set to meet WWE’s The EST at WrestleMania Backlash in a major championship clash.
