Vivo launched the V23 series in India in January 2022 and the company is now planning to expand the V series. The Chinese smartphone maker is currently working on it Vivo V25 series. According to GizmoChina, some details about the specifications and release date of the upcoming device have been revealed online. Vivo V23 5G features a 6.44-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display and a 64MP triple rear camera setup. This handset is powered by MediaTek Chipset density 9000, supported up to 12GB smack and 256GB internal memory along with a 50MP front camera. The V23 also has a 4200mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging and runs on Funtouch OS 12 based on Android 12. Both upcoming smartphones are also likely to have identical rear camera modules.

The report shows that the company is planning to release the V25 series (which includes – Vivo V25 and Vivo V25 Pro smartphone) in India in mid-July. The upcoming handsets will be Vivo’s latest mid-range devices and are expected to cost around Rs 30,000 to 40,000. However, this is a conjecture and the official price is likely to be revealed by the company soon.

According to the report, the V25 Pro will come in three different RAM and storage variants. The smartphone will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC supported with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage.
The upcoming handset is expected to feature a triple rear camera setup consisting of – a 50MP Sony IMX766V main sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP portrait sensor. The Pro variant of the lineup is also expected to feature a 32MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. The V25 Pro will likely come with a 4,500mAh battery that can support 80W fast charging.
On the other hand, the vanilla V25 device is expected to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor or a Dimensity 1200 chipset. The base model will likely feature a 16MP selfie camera. The device is also said to have a 4,500mAh battery but could support 44W or 66W fast charging.
