Vivo recently launched its flagship smartphone series – Vivo X80 in China. A new online leak now suggests that the smartphone maker is gearing up to launch the Vivo X80 and Vivo X80 Pro smartphone in India coming soon. A tipper shared an image of the intro page with a countdown to the launch date. The image was taken from Vivo’s official website, which was later removed by the company.
According to the image shared by tipster Abhishek Yadav, Vivo is said to launch the X80 and X80 Pro smartphones in India on May 18. The company will launch the same smartphone in the global market. demand on May 8.

According to various online reports, the Vivo X80 is said to be priced under Rs 45,000. Meanwhile, the Vivo X80 Pro is said to be priced under Rs 65,000.

As mentioned above, Vivo X80 Pro is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset paired with up to 12GB RAM. The smartphone comes in two storage options – 256GB and 512GB.
Vivo X80 Pro has a 6.78-inch Quad HD + AMOLED display with a resolution of 1440×3200 pixels.
The monitor offers a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone runs Android 12 with the company’s own OriginOS layer on top.
The dual-SIM Vivo X80 Pro has a quad rear camera assisted by a Zeiss optical lens. The smartphone’s cameras include a 50MP main camera with the first Samsung GNV sensor, 48MP ultra-wide angle, 12MP 50mm 2X portrait, and an 8MP 5X periscope telephoto camera. The front is home to a 32MP selfie camera. Vivo X80 Pro also comes with the company’s own V1+ custom chip, which is claimed to provide brighter and better images in low light.
Vivo X80 Pro is equipped with an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and an IP68 rating that makes it dust and water resistant. The smartphone packs a 4,700 mAh battery with 80W fast charging, 50W wireless fast charging and 10W wireless reverse charging support.

Vivo X80 comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor and is backed by a 4500mAh battery with 80W fast charging support.
