VOGUE Sues Drake, 21 Savage Over Fake “Her Loss” Cover
drake and 21 Savage are facing a $4 million lawsuit after rubbing Vogue the wrong way with their album promotion.
Conde Naste, Vogue’s parent company, has filed a lawsuit against the “Her Loss” rappers according to TMZ. Legal documents obtained by the outlet say Drake and 21-year-old Drake used the legacy magazine name to promote their joint album “Her Loss” by posing on the legitimate VOGUE cover, prompting fans to I believe the company will soon launch a special edition .

Some media even covered the issue, which annoyed Condé Nast because it was completely fake. They said the company and Anna Wintour, editor-in-chief, “did not confirm [“Her Loss”] in any way. “
The company also claims to have asked rappers to go platinum multiple times for all ads using the Vogue name to be taken down, but nothing has been done. Both Drake and 21 share a fake cover image, with no indication that it’s fake. They even tagged the magazine, putting Anna up in the caption.

Condé Nast also claimed Drake’s email and the 21’s teams blew fans away about “celebrating Drake’s Vogue cover”. They say street teams around the country will even distribute fake copies and did. One twitter user reported that they were given the magazine while walking in New York City.
Street teams will be broadcasting today’s edition of Drake/21 Vogue in select cities.

Vogue’s parent company reportedly wants the judge to immediately stop using the Vogue trademark, and it is seeking damages of at least $4 million.
