PSG and Argentina striker Mauro Icardi married Wanda Nara in May 2014. However, their alliance was controversial from the start, thus attracting considerable media attention.
Nara allegedly ended her relationship with Icardi last October, alleging marital infidelity. However, they soon got back together after clearing the misunderstanding.
However, this change did not last as Nara announced her split from Icardi last week. Argentine actress and model took to Instagram to confirm her ‘painful’ breakup from the PSG striker.
It is worth noting that Nara also worked as the representative of the former Inter Milan star. Now it remains to be seen what the divorce will mean for a player’s future as a professional footballer.
Meanwhile, Argentine journalist Augusto Tartufoli [via The Sun] provided a glimpse into the former couple’s life in Paris. He revealed that Nara is used to spending between 400,000 and 500,000 euros a month. He say:
“They are used to the standard of living that Wanda spends about 400,000 to 500,000 euros to live on.”
“She [Wanda Nara’s] The entourage explained that the money went to the house in Milan, the international schools their children attended, etc.”
Icardi notably secured a move away from PSG in the summer, joining Galatasaray on loan. While Nara was with him during the transition, it seems the couple has gone their separate ways.
Wanda Nara’s former partner Mauro Icardi left PSG on loan in the summer
Mauro Icardi played just 1275 minutes for PSG in the 2021-22 season. He was therefore encouraged to find a way to leave the Parc des Princes in the summer.
The Argentina international eventually joined Galatasaray on a season-long loan. Now, he will be looking to revive his career in Turkey, after falling into disrepair in Paris.
However, Icardi will be forced to live a less luxurious life because Galatasary cannot afford as much as the Parisians. Les Parisienswho is paying him 10 million euros a year, has agreed to cover 6 million euros during his stay in Turkey.
However, Galatasaray can only give him 750,000 euros a year, according to Augusto Tartufoli. Therefore, it remains to be seen how Icardi will go by the time he leaves Paris.
