Watch: One City’s Efforts to Raise Vaccination Rates for Blacks
About 72% of Americans have had at least one dose of the covid-19 vaccine. During most of the vaccine rollout, Hispanics and black Americans were less likely to get vaccinated than white Americans. KHN reporter Sarah Varney and PBS NewsHour producer Jason Kane report on how Hartford, Connecticut, has managed to close the gap in vaccination rates.
