Week 15 Dream Sleepers: Chase Edmonds, Tua Tagovailoa among starting options or benching in favorable matches

Finally, the fantasy football knockouts are set to begin and identifying the sleepyheads will be crucial even though there aren’t many weeks left to settle. Injuries, COVID complications, and other factors will have fantasy owners looking for Week 15 broadcasters and handcuffs as we get closer to the sci-fi epilogue. As always, we’re here to help you identify specific below-allowed values for this week. Whether it’s with the players on your roster or those sitting on the ropes giving up, there are always guys, such as Chase Edmonds and Tua Tagovailoa, ready to break into your squad.

It should be noted that any of our selections maybe bust this week, but also good studs. We’re taking some opportunities here, because we don’t want to make anyone too obvious. A list of easy choices won’t do anyone any good. You won’t start the guys below over consistent, proven manufacturers, but you probably won’t be looking for fantasy sleepers if your lineup is already established. Even so, however, our list of players can help you find value in DFS competitions, as the prices of these players are affordable.

WEEK 15: Start with ’em, sit’ em

Last week, Taysom Hill and D’Onta Foreman made the headlines, and the success didn’t stop there. Gerald Everett and Chubba Hubbard saved their performances with touchdowns, and Austin Hooper and the Chargers defense also supported us. Long-range shots Evan Engram and Marquez Valdes-Scantling didn’t come close to the bargain, but we can’t be surprised in that regard. We’ll also take L’s for Jamison Crowder and Taylor Heinicke, but we’re surprised they’ve had their worst games of the season.

In general, we don’t have many disasters, so we’re ready to go big when it matters most.

WEEK 15 STANDARD RATINGS:
Midfielder | Run back | Wide receiver | Tight ending | VND / ST | Kicker

Week 15 Dream Sleepers: Run Back

D’Onta Forman, Titans @ Steelers (Jackson Sparks). The Steelers’ days boasting an elite defense appear to be over, and Foreman is clearly the lead back to Tennessee until further notice. The Steelers cede the ninth highest fantasy score to the RBs, and Foreman will have plenty of chances in the red zone.

Malcolm Brown, Dolphins vs. Jets (Vinnie Iyer). They may need to trigger Brown (quad) off IR this week with others on COVID-19 protocol, so they can avoid relying on Duke Johnson in the best imaginary position to run backwards during the season. this.

Chasing Edmonds, Cardinals @ The Lion (Matt Lutovsky). Edmonds (ankle) is fully expected to return this week, but James Conner (ankle) is unexpectedly injured. Either way, Edmonds is well positioned against the Lions defence, allowing the RBs to have a third fantasy score this year. Edmonds isn’t necessarily a high-ceilinged player (unless Conner is out), but he’s definitely a high-rise guy in this game.

WEEK 15 PPR RANKING:
Midfielder | Run back | Wide receiver | Tight ending | VND / ST | Kicker

Week 15 Fantasy Soccer Sleepers: Quartet

Tua Tagovailoa, Dolphins vs. Jets (Sparks). Tagovaila is essentially a padlock for 30+ pass attempts, and as the Dolphins struggle to run the ball with one of the worst offensive lines in the league, Tua often struggles with touchdowns during the game. Red area with passing or javelin points. Despite the erroneous finish of tons of shots, the Jets still ceded an eighth fantasy score to QB. Again, Miami is unlikely to simply run the ball to win, even in this game.

Justin Fields, Bears vs. Vikings (Iyer). The pitches have been a dream in the past three perfectly sane games, as he became more fearless in pitching and also raised his stats with the rush we wanted. If you start him, he will come… with more QB1 numbers.

Jimmy Garoppolo, 49ers vs Falcons (Lutovsky). Jimmy G has multiple TDs in five of his past six games, and he has at least 296 passes in each of his past two. The Falcons allow eighth fantasy points for QB, so with all his weapons back, Garoppolo is likely to have another solid outing.

WEEK 15 USE DFS: DraftKings | FanDuel | Yahoo!

Week 15 Fantasy Soccer Sleepers: Wide Receiver

DeVante Parker, Dolphins vs. Jets (Sparks). Parker benefits from a consistent Miami fun game scenario, and while New York is statically pretty good compared to fantasy WR, recent games against the Eagles, Texans, and Saints have skewed their numbers to seems more favorable. Parker is one of the best curl plays of Week 15.

Russell Gage, Falcon @ 49ers (Iyer). Gage has been performing like their #1, and Matt Ryan will have a lot of late junk vs limited secondary.

Allen Robinson, Bears vs. Vikings (Lutovsky). Robinson has been one of the biggest bankruptcies in fantasy this year, but with six goals in each of the past two games, that doesn’t mean he’s completely off the hook from the Bears’ crime. No team allows more fantasy points than Minnesota, so Robinson has a chance to pass when that matters most.

Week 15 Fantasy Soccer Sleepers: Tight Ending

Ricky Seals-Jones, Washington @ Eagles (Spark). Seals-Jones fell victim to Taylor Heinicke’s worst game of the year against Dallas, but the Eagles are by far the worst defense against imaginary TEs. We saw the RSJ in action at the start of the season when Logan Thomas was absent. It was also just Seals-Jones’ first game back from his own injury last week, so he should be fitter for this one.

Dalton Schultz, Cowboys @ Giants (Iyer). He doesn’t do anything late, but he can do something like a sergeant against a line of defense shouting his position to help get Rayne Dakota out of a rut.

James O’Shaughnessy, Jaguars vs. Texans (Lutovsky). With 17 goals in the past three games, O’Shaughnessy has a chance. The yield wasn’t there (12 catches, 63 yards), but in the end O’Shaughnessy profited with good yardsticks or short TDs. Houston allows TEs to have the 10th highest fantasy score, so this is a pretty good one if you need a TE streamer.

Week 15 Fantasy Soccer Sleepers: Defensive

Cincinnati Bengals @ Broncos (Sparks). Broncos offense stays the same, so if the Bengals can load the box and stop the Denver onslaught, we don’t expect Teddy Bridgewater and Co. will answer during the game in progress. This feels like the week Bengal comes in and the Broncos go sideways. We’ve seen both of these happen several times this season.

Philadelphia Eagles vs. Washington (Iyer). Heinicke’s fun is over, and Philly will be flying around making big plays.

San Francisco 49ers vs Falcons (Lutovsky). The Falcons’ attack is playing better, the 49ers’ D/ST has made bigger strides in the past 5 games. During that time, it posted 15 sacks and 11 lessons, so even if Atlanta scores, the Niners will pay off.
