Weight loss: Low carb but high protein lunch ideas


Wash and soak 2 cups of basmati rice. Separate the broccoli into small florets and also cut into small strips.

Now combine 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 5-6 peppercorns, 1” piece of cinnamon, 1 clove, 1” piece of ginger, 5 cloves of garlic, a handful of mint leaves, 4 green peppers, and ¼ teaspoon of turmeric. . Grind them raw.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil and buffalo milk butter in a thick bottomed saucepan. Add a bay leaf. Add flour mixture and fry for one minute. Add the drained rice and fry for another minute. Add ½ cup coconut milk, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, salt, and 3 cups water. Boil.

Reduce heat, cover and let stand for 10-15 minutes. Add in the broccoli.

Cover and let steam for 5-7 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
