When are the College Football League rankings published? Time, channel for the third CFP selection program in 2021

The Week 12 College Football Qualifiers poll could see the least week-by-week changes in any top 25 standings for the whole season.

Indeed, only one team in the top 10 from last week’s rankings lost: 8th place Oklahoma, 27-14th place down to 13th Baylor in Waco, Texas. Nearly every team in the top 25 to lose also fell at the hands of an opponent ranked above. Those teams are No. 11 Texas A&M (losing No. 15 Ole Miss 29-19); State No. 16 NC (lost 45-42 to No. 12 Wake Forest); No. 17 Auburn (lost to Mississippi State 43-34); and 19 Purdue (lost 59-31 to No. 4 Ohio).

That sets up for what will be one of the easier weeks for the CFP selection committee, though it’s certainly not something for a group that made the decision to raise eyebrows during the off-season. this.

What does that mean for the latest set of charts? Georgia and Alabama will take the top two spots, with Oregon, Ohio State and Cincinnati claiming 3-5 (though in which order remains to be seen). The Ducks appear to have the edge over their Ohio counterparts, and it will be worth seeing how highly the committee rates their head-to-head win over the Buckeyes at the end of the season.

Despite that, the season is reaching an important stage for some of the top 25 teams. The Big Ten East remains open for the State of Ohio, Michigan and Michigan; Alabama has a three-week stretch compared to Arkansas, Auburn and potentially Georgia; Cincinnati takes over SMU with a future Houston appointment; and Bedlam can determine if the Big 12 have any chance at the playoffs.

There’s still a lot of football to play, which could completely change the rankings of the top 25 teams by the time it’s all said and done. However, we have to see what the latest rankings look like first. With that, here’s everything you need to track and watch:
