Dhawan will play the upcoming three-match ODI series against Zimbabwe, starting on August 18. The left-handed player will be KL RahulDeputy minister of the series against Zimbabwe.
It was previously announced that Dhawan would lead India in the series against Zimbabwe, but KL Rahul was deemed fit and now the right-hander will lead the side.
