When Hong Kong loses small shops like Happy Cake Shop, we lose a part of our souls

The happy cake shop in Wan Chai, which closed in August, is beloved for its ice cream cones.  As long as Hong Kong keeps pouring money in, we should be able to preserve historic buildings and mass produce ice cream cones.
