Which Mario suit from the Super Mario Bros. movie would you like to see?

Like Kate, my thoughts immediately jumped to Kuribo’s Shoes, and I’d love to see the Mario Statue return in some form, whether part of the Tanooki Suit or not. And Mario needs to wear a cape at some point. However! Seeing Kate bring a Frog Suit, I’ll go get something from galaxy 2. Bee Mario is loved, but Cloud Mario needs to be in the movie.
I’d like to see if Mario can converse with the little fluffy clouds that appear as he spins, and perhaps spend some time grappling with the problems that exist around inanimate objects. in the Mushroom Kingdom. Is everything with a smiley face conscious in this world? Are they as happy as being summoned into existence explicitly for Mario’s sake only to disappear a moment later? To be all of sentient clouds in the Mushroom Kingdom, but some don’t have eyes and mouths?
The Mario movie has very important lore questions to answer, and Cloud Suit is a great way to address them.

Honestly, Cat Suit would probably be my choice for this question if I were asked a week ago. I mean, that little suit is ridiculous! yes No way that Illumination will use it as the first buff we see up close, right? Correct?
Given that number, though, I think I’d like to see the movie go an equally funny route. What about the Propeller Suit? Perhaps seeing this in brilliant HD would explain how Mario was able to do those spins without being severely whipped. Or maybe a Penguin Suit. If there’s anything more ridiculous than seeing Mario running around on all fours, it’s the thought of him sliding down a hill on his stomach.
Actually, I retract that. All four legs are definitely weirder…

So I’m going to go against the trend a bit with this one and look for something that doesn’t have to be just powers up Mario, but instead has its own fully realized character: Cappy! Come on, who doesn’t want to see Cappy again?
While I struggle to imagine where he might fit into the plot of the movie at this point, with all we’ve seen so far, I think it would be great if he He appeared in the climactic final match with Bowser to give Mario a bit of a leg up against his foes. If not, then I’d be glad he got a small cameo in the movie: maybe Mario momentarily loses his hat, accidentally puts Cappy on his head, then freaks out and throws him down a pipe. Hahaha. Everyone laugh. Laugh!
Jeez, this Mario guy definitely has a pack wardrobe.
