A 20-year-old girl has been charged with second-degree homicide in reference to a weekend homicide in Winnipeg
Police stated Skylnn Autumn Elizabeth Keeper is in custody after an investigation into the dying of Arnel Deleon Arabe, 63, who was discovered useless at a shared residence on Prevette Road Sunday morning.
In line with police, Keeper and Arabe are believed to have recognized one another.
