Woman accused of beheading lover’s head attacked lawyer

A 25-year-old woman currently on trial for the murder and beheading of her lover attacked her lawyer on Tuesday. According to TMZ, the woman attacked her agent because the judge decided to postpone her trial.

Horrible assault of a lawyer

According to this source, the assault took place in a courtroom in Wisconsin. The woman, named Taylor Schabusiness, is calmly sitting next to her attorney, Quinn Jolly, during the capacity hearing.

According to the report, Jolly asked the court for an extension to give expert witnesses more time to “assess Schabusiness’s ability to stand trial”. The judge agreed to the lawyer’s request. And pushed the woman’s trial back from March 6 to May 15.

Schabusiness doesn’t seem happy with the decision. In the video, the woman is seen standing up and hitting her lawyer with her fist. She tried to hit more but was then pinned to the ground by a deputy judge.

In additional footage, Schabusiness struggles heavily with the deputy. And he kept telling her to “stop it.” As they continued to struggle, the deputy was heard asking for assistance.

Moments later, he and the others found Schabusiness sitting calmly on the ground, in front of a door. And the group of guards kept asking her if she was injured.

More on the alleged murder case and her case

According to TMZ, the 25-year-old is accused of killing Shad Thyrion while the two were having sex. The incident happened on February 23, 2022. At the time, the woman was believed to have been addicted to meth.

Schabusiness allegedly strangled Thyrion with chains. She then cut off his head and genitals with a “serrated knife”. And told police officers to “have fun trying to find all the body parts” scattered at the crime scene.

According to The Independent, authorities discovered the man’s head “in a bucket in the basement.” It was first discovered by his mother, who initially encountered the crime scene.

Schabusiness says all body parts must be in the basement. Schabusiness claims to have a foot or a leg in a pickup truck. Detective Graf asked Schabusiness what she did to the head, and Schabusiness said she placed the Victim’s head in a black bucket and covered it with a blanket.

Additionally, Schabusiness’s attorney reported that the woman had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder. And was treated for mental health issues for most of her life.

Even so, a court-appointed doctor testified that the woman was healthy enough to stand trial. However, her attorney intends to conduct a “secondary examination”, as The Independent reports.

According to the source, the 25-year-old has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder, mutilation and sexual assault. Additionally, the newspaper reported that the woman’s attorney, Quinn Jolly, intends to “leave the case.”
