OH! What an enjoyable weekend! If you didn’t know, this weekend Tanya and I attended the People’s Choice Awards, where we were nominated for “Best Pop Podcast” for the second year in a row! It was great to see Tanya reporting to E! on the red carpet, and we’re both huge fans of Jennifer Aniston’s speech!
It is an honor to be nominated alongside so many other amazing women, and some of our amazing friends, in this category. We sat on the edge of our seats waiting for the results, and to our surprise we won for the second year in a row!!
All I can say is wow! You guys are unbelievable! Win or lose, we are so lucky to be able to do what we love every day. However, we are grateful for this wonderful acknowledgment. We have loyal, amazing, generous, kind and the BEST listeners in the world! This is all of you. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and we are so excited to take home this award again!
Above all, I am very pleased to announce that Rub in going on a two-stop tour to Los Angeles and San Francisco this February! Be sure to get your ticket! We are very excited to meet you.
From a shy young lady from Louisiana, to setting a career path for herself and winning a People’s Choice Award (how!?) – I just want to say first of all That hard work has never let you down. Never in a million years did I think I would be where I am in life, and I truly owe it all to guts, patience, and you. If you are passionate about anything, please don’t let anyone stop you from pursuing your dreams. No dream is too big! Go give it full force! I believe in you, so you should also believe in you.
