YouTuber Jianhao Tan’s wife surprised him with a private fan meeting with soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo

SINGAPORE – The wife of Singaporean YouTuber Jianhao Tan, Debbie Soon, surprised him with an early birthday present over the weekend – a private fan meeting with Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Portuguese soccer star came to town over the weekend to support a series of youth scholarships set up by longtime friend and philanthropist Peter Lim.

Tan, who just turned 30 on June 14, posted photos and videos on Instagram on Sunday of his encounter with Ronaldo, 38.

“This morning my wife woke me up and took me to see @cristiano. What’s wrong with me, he wrote in the caption. “This is the craziest birthday present.”

His wife also shared a series of events, including a clip of Ronaldo signing his name on the shirt.

In the caption, she wrote: “My man is turning 30 and what a way to celebrate. Crazy once in a lifetime… meeting the only person @cristiano.”

She also thanked Lim’s daughter, social entrepreneur Kim Lim, 31, for arranging the private meeting, writing: “Thank you big sister @kimlimhl, for being the best and allowing this miracle happen.”

This is not the first time Soon, 26, also an influencer, has surprised her husband with a lavish gift.

In April, she bought him her dream car – a black Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon, which is said to retail for up to $900,000.
