Yung Joc debuts bald head after convincing bet Tory Lanez

On Friday, a jury found tory lanez guilty of all three charges brought by the State of California. Before he was sentenced, the trial was a hot topic on social media and entertainment news headlines. Yung Joca rapper turned radio host, committed in an interview with VLAD TV that he would shave his head if Tory lost the lawsuit.

β€œIf Tory is found guilty, I will shave my head. I will shave my whole head,” Joc said, even doubling down after Vlad asked Joc if it was “serious.”

Well, on December 23, a jury secured the arrest of the Canadian native. His convictions included negligent discharge of a firearm and carrying an unregistered, loaded firearm in his vehicle. The jury also found Lanez guilty of assault with a semi-automatic firearm, involving Megan Thee Stallionwound.

After Joc’s clip reappeared on the internet and Shade room posting it on Instagram, Vlad revealed that Joc planned to follow suit. And on Tuesday, Joc did.

“Lost the bet. I thought it was going to be a damn mistrial,” Yung Joc said.

He added that he had to respect the bet, then joked about his plans to tattoo his bald head.

But while Joc and his 94.5 Streetz-FM colleague Jazzy McBee laughed at the new look, Megan Thee Stallion found the situation with Lanez more hurtful than amusing. Although she has spoken about the incident in the past, she detailed how the shooting affected her inner self while testifying in court.

While standing in court, Megan tearfully testified that Tory offered her $1 million to keep quiet about the shooting. She also revealed that the incident caused her to contemplate suicide.

β€œI can’t even be happy,” Megan said as her voice cracked. β€œI couldn’t talk to people for a long time. I don’t feel like I want to be on this earth. I wish he had shot me dead, if I had known I would have had to go through this torture.”

Fans have yet to hear from Megan about the verdict, but her boyfriend Pardi has spoken out in support of women during the jury deliberations.

Tory faces more than 22 years in prison. Sentencing was scheduled for January 27, but Lanez was jailed shortly after sentencing.
