Kristin Evans, who identified herself as the victim in the video and is Stacy’s ex-girlfriend, posted the video to her Instagram account. In a statement to CNN, Evans said: “Thank you for supporting my children and me during this difficult time. Our safety is the number one concern right now. After a rewarding experience, our safety is our number one concern. scared, I’m grateful that Zac Stacy is currently in police custody. I have filed a restraining order now and plan to file a civil complaint. I sincerely ask the NFL and football commissioner Roger Goodell to confront the fact that players are experiencing PTSD from their professional football days, in particular, as has been linked to repetitive concussion, brain injury and other bodily injury, as it causes changes in the symptomatic aspects of the player’s personality, including increased irritability, anger outbursts, and aggressive behavior.”

According to the warrant, two children, including one that Stacy shared with the victim, were in the home at the time of the incident.

Stacy is currently being held at the Orange County Jail on a more serious charge and felony count.

During Friday’s first court appearance, a judge put a deposit at $10,150 and ordered Stacy not to contact the victim and turn over his passport and gun, according to WESH, the affiliate of the CNN.
