A 13-year-old Florida boy has been arrested and charged after allegedly trying to kidnap two women.

Based on Internal versionThe 13-year-old boy has been charged with “one count of attempted kidnapping.” The agency did not release the boy’s identity. However, they did report that he is currently being held at a juvenile detention center in Fort Pierce.
Furthermore, the channel also shared that the boy may have had mental health problems and has not been charged as an adult.
Here’s what’s supposed to have happened
Internal version The kidnappings reportedly occurred on the evenings of July 2 and July 7. In both incidents, the boy was allegedly carrying a knife.
In the incident that occurred on July 7, the boy is said to have grabbed a woman from behind while she was standing on her porch.
“You’re not going to make any a*****g sounds, do you understand?” he allegedly told her. “You’re coming with me.”
The woman is said to have defended herself by biting and kicking until she “fell” from his grasp.
Based on CBS12The July 2 incident was similar in nature. However, a separate, “previously unreported” incident has also recently come to the attention of the authorities.
The paper reported that on June 29, a woman was walking her dog when she began to feel “uneasy.” The woman allegedly alleged that an individual followed her home. When she entered and closed the door behind her, she heard “banging.”
Here’s what the 13-year-old girl said about the alleged incidents
Based on Fox 35 OrlandoThe boy was arrested on Wednesday, July 10. This is said to have come after investigators released surveillance footage of the 13-year-old boy and received four tips regarding his identity, according to Internal version.
According to sources, Indian River County Sheriff Eric Flowers revealed the time the boy was arrested.
“He admitted, in part, that he was the one who did this,” the sheriff explained. “He saw [surveillance] videotapes.”
CBS12 The boy reportedly appeared to describe the events as if they were out-of-body experiences.
“His story was that he felt like he was in a dream-like state, that he was looking down on himself,” Sheriff Flowers is said to have explained. “That he didn’t know if it was real or not.”
