iOS 18.0.1 released: iPhone users get first update before big iOS 18.1 arrives
iOS 18 was rolled out to eligible iPhone users globally a few weeks ago but the update is missing the much-awaited feature Apple Smart features. As seen in beta updates, the first Apple Intelligence features will appear with iOS 18.1, which is expected to launch in a few weeks. EQUAL iPhone 16 iPhone 15 Pro series users are eagerly waiting for iOS 18.1, Apple has released iOS 18.0.1 first.
The iOS 18.0.1 update addresses several errors reported by iPhone and iPad users. Since iOS 18 launched last month, a number of minor bugs and glitches have appeared. Some iOS 18 and iPhone 16 users have reported issues with touchscreen responsiveness, while others have reported iMessage errors and battery drain.

iOS 18.1 is coming soon
While iOS 18.0.1 mainly focuses on bug fixes and improvements, Apple is also developing iOS 18.1. This upcoming update will introduce the first Apple Intelligence features along with several other changes. Apple has announced that iOS 18.1 will be released in October.
Based on the timing of previous updates, it can be predicted that iOS 18.1 will launch after October 20. Again, iOS 17.1, iOS 16.1, iOS 15.1, and iOS 14.1, all arriving between October 20 and 25.
