Tokyo Toni Reacts To Angela White & Derrick Milano's Engagement

I’m so happy, my roommates! Toni Tokyo was present when Derrick Milano knelt down and proposed to his daughter, Angela White. The beautiful moment took place at an event for the Howard Homecoming season.

A video circulating on X (formerly Twitter) shows Tokyo Toni holding the mic right after the well-received proposal. clip, shared by @BlacChynaDailyshows what appears to be multiple clips stitched together into a nearly two-minute video.

The video begins with Angela White showing off her diamond ring to an excited Howard crowd. Derrick was seen having fun in a nearby moment. As Chyna wiped away her tears, Milano spoke through the mic: “This is my best friend, my soul mate. We have been through a lot together. I appreciate you, I appreciate you as a woman. I appreciate you as a mother and I want to spend the rest of my life with you. He then walked up to his fiancée and planted a kiss on her lips.

Meanwhile, about thirty seconds into the stitched video, a panning camera shows Tokyo Toni jumping up and down with her hand raised as she records the engaged couple. A few seconds later, Mama Toni swayed slightly in front of the cheering crowd.

“And it is,” Toni said, adding lovingly, “Congratulations guys. Let me come back here and cry because I can’t believe it. I love you, I love you with all my heart.”

Tokyo Toni then asked the crowd for a “quick congratulations” on her daughter’s two-year sobriety. EQUAL previously reported, White celebrated in mid-September at an event and at home with her children Dream and King.

The crowd erupted with cheers for White’s sobriety, and Tokyo then praised her future son-in-law. “And Derrick, he has a great dad, Mom,” she said before the video cut to a shot of mother and daughter embracing. “I love my mom, all of you,” Angela spoke into the back mic.

Near the end of the video, Tokyo shared that she and Derrick “talked and talked,” adding that marrying Angela White was the “best decision” he ever made. Watch the full interaction below.
