Masahiro Sakurai introduces “Special Finale” on his YouTube channel

In case you missed the news earlier this week, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate director Masahiro Sakurai will broadcast the final YouTube video for his channel’Create games‘ early next week.

Now, in another brief update, he has shared a few more details mentioning how it will launch on October 22 In 8pm Japan time (or your regional equivalent) and runs in “a little over 40 minutes”.

If you can’t watch the premiere of this “finale special” then obviously there’s no need to worry as it will still be there to watch (and here on Nintendo Life) when it was uploaded to his YouTube channel. Here’s his latest update on the “end” of his channel’s full operations:

Masahiro Sakurai: “Tune in for the special finale of Masahiro Sakurai’s YouTube Premiere of Making Games next Tuesday, October 22 at 20:00 Japan time! (11:00 GMT) It will last over 40 a little minute.

“It may be difficult for my international audience to follow at the time but everyone is welcome. And for those who can’t join, the video will also be available to watch later on my channel. I hope hope to be able to follow.” See you there!”

Masahiro Sakurai’s YouTube channel started in 2022, has over 270 video uploads and nearly 600k subscribers – his Japanese channel has already surpassed this number.
