Social media reacts to Will Smith’s rap music in viral video
For the second time this year, Will Smith brought his cinematic energy to the booth and dropped the beat in a rap verse. At least, that’s what social media is talking about this weekend after his new video went viral.

In June, Willard invited Kirk Franklin to join him on the BET Awards stage to perform his song ‘You Can Make It’. The song is a gospel hybrid of rap and a motivational ballad, and the performance also features the Friday and Sunday Service Choirs. After that, it was all talk on social media, especially black Twitter.
Now, Will Smith is giving fans a little reminder of how he can go to bars and rap! He started November by reminding everyone that he’s from Philly, can’t be a clown, and stays plugged in back home. In his Instagram captionshe tagged Japanese rapper Yuki Chiba and said his version was a remix of ‘Team Tomodachi’. He did the same thing on YouTube.
Meanwhile, the video shows an outside and inside view of Will Smith riding around wearing a red leather jacket and dark pants.
Maybe it’s a spooky season trick? Willard hasn’t said whether he’s cosplaying Yuki or not, but you can listen to his take below:
