Rakuten is one of the most popular online shopping sites that gives cash rewards for online shopping and it has very high earn rates at popular retailers happening from May 6 to 13. There is the online shopping platform’s “Big Giving Week” event.

Remember, with Rakuten, you can choose to make money American Express Membership Rewards points instead of refunds if you want. So instead of getting up to 15% cash back in the examples below, you could earn 15 Membership Rewards points per dollar spent; this can result in significantly higher overall value if you maximize points with travel partners.

Increase your cashback with Rakuten
To earn cash back rewards or Membership Rewards when shopping online, start your shopping trip on Rakuten website. Once there, search for the store you want and click to be redirected to the retailer’s website. Once you make a qualifying purchase, Rakuten will track your transaction and add the reward to your account — usually within a day or two.

You’ll earn cashback in addition to any credit card earnings you swipe. At most merchants participating in these promotions, you’ll want to pay with a credit card Earn reward points and miles on purchases every day. Or, use one where you added Chase or Amex offers let that retailer accumulate your savings.
