Lunar Remastered collection release date
GungHo announces release date Lunar Remastered Collectioncompilation of Lunar: The Silver Star Story Completed And Lunar 2: Complete eternal blue for Switch, PS4, Xbox One and PC. It will launch on April 18, 2025. People will be able to download it physically and digitally.
Depending on the version you buy, the price will vary. All digital copies will cost $49.99 (€49.99), regardless of platform. A physical copy costs an additional $5, bringing the cost to $54.99. GungHo notes Amazon will be the only place to get it in the US and Canada. The company did not note whether there will be any restrictions on platforms, although it did note that only the Switch and PS4 versions are available from Clear River Games in Europe for €54.99 . Regardless of region, retail copy covers will have reversible images.
This is one of many re-releases of the two games. Original Moon: Silver Star appeared on the first Sega CD. After that there were several remakes like Lunar: The Silver Star Story Completed for Sega Saturn, PlayStation and PC. Next up is the GBA remake Legend of the moon and PSP one Moon: Silver Star Harmony.
There are fewer remakes Moon: Eternal blue. Following the release of the Sega CD, a Sega Saturn and PlayStation version was named Lunar 2: Complete eternal blue has debuted.
