Evo 2025 lineup includes Fatal Fury CotW, MVC2
The Evo 2025 headline line-up was revealed at the announcement broadcast on Official YouTube channel. Eight fighting games will appear as main highlights in Evolution Championship Series 2025, including a new release from SNK Deadly Fury: City of Wolves and the return of Marvel Vs Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes.
Below is the main headline list for Evo 2025 which will take place in Las Vegas in early August 2025:
- Street Fighter 6
- Tekken 8
- Guilty Gear -Strive–
- Granblue Fantasy vs. Rising
- Under the Night of Birth II Sys:Celes
- The battle of life and death 1
- Deadly Fury: City of Wolves
- Marvel Vs Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes
At the end of the show, it was revealed that Evo 2025 will also feature an expanded lineup including the following titles:
- Rival of Aether II
- Virtua Fighter 5 REVO
- King of Fighters XV
- BlazBlue Central novel
- Killer instinct
- Plus at least three more titles will be announced on February 15, 2025
The first six main items retain their positions from Version 2024. Although SNK took over King of Fighters XV with Deadly Fury: City of WolvesExpected release date April 24, 2025the former still exists in the expanded lineup.
However, even though Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike are also appearing at Evo Japan In 2025, this title will no longer appear in this lineup. It remains to be known whether Third attack will be among the additional expansion titles to be revealed on February 15, 2025.
Evolution Championship Series 2025 will take place in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA on August 1-3, 2025.
