Sega announced that the new Sega Account system for both Sega and Atlus games is now available worldwide. People can sign up, then use that information to receive in-game DLC rewards and live news about titles. This can be done on official website Currently.
The registration process is a fairly simple process. After providing your age, country and email, you will receive a code to your email address. Sega has taken note that there was an issue with things being sent to some people, which is being resolved. Then, you provide additional personal information and set up an account. You can choose to receive the Sega Account newsletter with updates and freebies for Sega and Atlus games at this time. Once done, you also have the option to link your Nintendo, PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, and Epic Games accounts to it as well as the Japanese account. PSO2 New Genesis account version 2.
