New Relics Details for Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.3

Version 2.3 of Honkai: Star Railway will carry it four new relics to farm in Caves and in the Simulated Universe. There will also be a new Crimson Calyx calyx to feed the Erudition materials you will need for Jade.

To start, the two new Cavern Ruins are:

• Iron cavalry against disaster
  2-pc: Increases Break effect by 16%
  4-pc: If the wearer’s Break Effect is 150% or more, ignore 10% of the enemy target’s DEF when dealing Break DMG to them. When the wearer’s Break Effect is 250% or more, the Super Break damage they deal to an enemy target also ignores 15% of the target’s DEF.
• The wind flies high in value
  2 units: Increases ATK by 12%
  4-pc: Increases the wearer’s critical rate by 6%. After the wearer uses their next attack, increases the damage their ultimate deals by 36%, lasting for 1 turn.

The Iron Cavalry might be Firefly’s best series. Those farming her now may want to hold off until Patch 2.3 comes out to farm the Iron Cavalry. As for the Valorous set, most of the next attack characters can be used. This includes Jing Yuan, Himeko and Dr. Ratio. Whether it’s good for them or not compared to The Ashblazing Grand Duke may depend on your primary and secondary stats.

You can get the new Flat Ornaments in Different universes: Eternal comedy rather than the usual Simulated Universe. Flat decorations would be:

• Kalpagni Lantern Forge
  Increases the wearer’s SPD by 6%. When the wearer attacks an enemy target with Fire Weakness, the wearer’s Break Effect increases by 40%, lasting for 1 turn.
• Duran, The Wolf Dynasty Runs
  When the ally uses subsequent attacks, the wearer gains 1 point of Merit, up to 5 times. Each bonus point increases the damage dealt by the wearer’s next attacks by 5%. At 5 stacks, increases the wearer’s critical damage by 25%.

Forge of the Kalpagni Lantern is so clearly intended for Firefly that it’s hard to imagine anyone other than Gallagher using it. While you can simply hit enemies with Fire Weakness to get the bonus, Firefly can plant Fire Weakness on enemies with his Skills and Techniques. As for Duran, it’s also great for subsequent attackers. In fact, much like how Broken Keel became the Planar Decorator for support characters, Duran could become the best champion for the next attackers.
