Sam & Max: The Devil’s Playhouse Remastered launches on Switch in August 2024
Update [Fri 28th Jun, 2024 06:55 BST]: Skunkape Games has shared a new update on its release date Sam & Max: Devil’s Theater Remakeconfirmed that it will be released for all platforms (including Nintendo Switch) on August 14, 2024.

If you’re wondering what’s new about famous crime-fighting duo Sam & Max, here’s their next game Sam & Max: Devil’s Theater remake will no longer appear in 2023.
The update from Skunkape Games is that this game will now be released on all platforms including Nintendo Switch in Spring 2024. Here is a recap of this next chapter:
“Max has always been the most insane member of the Free Police, but recently his abilities have taken a supernatural turn. It all starts when he stumbles upon a mysterious toy that allows him to glimpse the future…
“Now Sam and Max have awakened a host of intergalactic villains determined to capture the Magic Power Toys. As the bad guys close in and Max’s psychic abilities grow out of control, the Free Police will face their most formidable foe yet: the power of Max’s mind.”
This remake will come with updated graphics, lighting effects, lip sync, cinematography, and music to make it feel like a modern game. There are also other improvements such as improved user interface and accessibility settings.
