Busta Rhymes Appears at Essence Fest Crowd (WATCH)
Busta Rhymes had a few words for the crowd who recently attended his performance at Essence Fest.

Busta Rhymes appears at Essence Fest Crowd
The rapper performed at Essence Fest on Friday, July 5.
Then, on Saturday, July 6, footage of the rapper’s performance surfaced. However, instead of becoming famous for his rapping skills, Busta became famous for getting angry at the crowd.
“Hey, fuck those camera phones, let’s get back to human interaction,” rapper shared with the crowd. “Put that damn device down! I’m not from that era… Fuck your phone!”
The rapper continued to speak directly to a “gentleman” using his device before letting the crowd know he would be calling out each person for their behavior.
“Thirty-three years doing this — I’m not used to black people sitting down… at my shows! I don’t care! All age groups, get your asses up!” Busta continued.
The rapper eventually explained to the crowd why “there will be no tolerance” for “bullshit energy.”

Neither rapper has commented on the altercation.
