New update will fix Final Fantasy XVI PS5 graphics issues
Sony Interactive Entertainment has it release system update for the PS5 version of Final Fantasy XVI (FFXVI) to fix the problem. Official Final Fantasy XVI Account X (formerly known as Twitter) asked players to download and install an update to see if it improved the situation.
After Computer port belong to FFXVI Launched alongside the new update, PS5 players have been experiencing crashes and graphical issues. It appears that the update has destabilized something in the game’s code. FFXVI Account X notes in a follow-up post that Square Enix is still investigating the cause of these glitches in partnership with Sony Interactive Entertainment. Note that the PC port is also have problems such as low FPS and performance errors.
Final Fantasy XVI It was originally released in 2023 as a PS5 exclusive. It sold over three million copies in its first week, despite falling short of Square Enix’s expectations for the game. The PC version of the game was released on September 17, 2024. Story-wise, you play as protagonist Clive Rosfield as he travels through Valisthea to seek revenge on Ifrit, an Eikon who killed his brother Joshua when they were children.
