Alaska Airlines confirms details about new premium passes coming next year, including companion passes

Alaska confirmed the card will allow customers to waive the $12.50 booking award fee that Alaska applies to partner mileage award bookings. It won’t give up fuel surcharge partners like British Airways impose a tax on award redemptions.
