Angela, a native New Yorker, debuted the Southern accent she learned while speaking with ‘The Breakfast Club’ this week.

The trending clip, reposted by The Shade Room, begins with Simmons saying, “That’s me, I’m an adult and that’s what I do.” After she finished speaking, Charlamagne Tha God jumped in and asked about her time in the South. He pointed out her sudden Southern accent while DJ Envy agreed that there was a change.
Envy then asked her to say the word “music” in Angela Simmons’ new voice. The request made the hosts and entrepreneurs laugh!
“Maybe it’s my man, maybe it’s my man’s influence,” Simmons said with a smile.
In case you didn’t know, Simmons got booed. Yo Gotti for nearly two years. Memphis rapper Final arrested Angela after publicly shooting his shot from 2015. After numerous sightings, the couple confirmed their relationship in December 2022 with a lavish photo shoot.
