According to USA TodayThe National Highway Traffic Safety Administration issued the recall on August 1. The company is reportedly recalling “approximately 105,588” models due to a faulty starter motor.
“An overheated starter motor can ignite nearby combustible materials in the engine compartment, increasing the risk of fire,” female NHTSA Notice read.
