Can you transfer Hyatt points to someone else?
You can transfer Hyatt points to any other World of Hyatt member. A family link is not required, but you can only transfer or receive Hyatt points once every 30 days. There is no fee to transfer Hyatt points to another member.

How to combine points from a World of Hyatt account
You must complete one PDF template to combine Hyatt points with another member. You will need to fill in the name, World of Hyatt number, phone number, mailing address, and email associated with both members’ accounts.
Members transferring points must fill out the section authorizing Hyatt to deduct a specific number of points from their account and transfer them to another member. Both members will then need to sign the form.
Once the form is complete, you can email it to [email protected]. Alternatively, you can send the letter in paper form, but email will probably be more convenient (and faster) for most members.
I received points from other World of Hyatt members through this process. In one case, it took at least 31 hours for the destination to reach my account after sending an email request to Hyatt. But a transfer in 2022 takes almost a week.
Hyatt’s terms and conditions note that both members must have active accounts, and the member transferring points waives all rights to the aggregate points upon submission of the form.

When should you transfer Hyatt points to someone else?
Combining points seems like a great idea if you’re planning a vacation with other World of Hyatt members.
