The important that I receive from the report

As I mentioned earlier, this report was very careful and 290 pages deep, but I want to focus on the most useful areas for revenue and understand the landscape possible. 😎

1. Create jobs and decrease

Therefore, the hot topic is whether AI will receive our job. The answer is possible, but maybe you will have a new answer. According to WEF, 78 million net jobs will be added by 2030. This includes 170 million new jobs created (growth of 14%) and 92 million lost jobs (decreased by 8%)

The fastest growing jobs are related to AI (shocker), Fintech and engineers. Renewable energy engineers are also increasing. However, a surprising and great opportunity is in the care economy. More about that.

2. Who is this new skill?

By 2030, about 39% of skills will be outdated or completely transformed. To be honest, it is not shocking; That is the type of expectation. What attracts my attention is that the report has mentioned soft skills such as recovery, creativity and flexibility, but I find it even more interesting that the lifelong study has made a list. The report also noted that 70% of employers consider analytical skills as the most essential.

3. Upskilling and Reskilling

The report said that in 2030, 59% of the global labor force will need to be trained. Of these, 29% will strengthen in their current role, 19% will turn to a new role with additional training and 11% will be at risk of unemployment without it. The report also emphasized that 85% of employers plan to prioritize UPSKILLING, while 70% aims to hire talent with new skills.

4. Talent strategy and labor force

64% of employers will prioritize health and happiness to get new talents. I will not lie; I will believe that once I see it. The report mentioned that the diversity, equality and initiatives including 83% globally applied. However, President Trump is returning to some programs, asking questions about whether other countries and corporations will follow. It is not clear how this will open. However, the salary link focused on productivity and ability to retain talent will be the key, with 52% of employers intending to allocate more revenue for salaries by 2030. I will believe that when I see it, but I hope.

5. AI’s impact on the labor force

Alas, half of employers plan to reorganize business strategies to meet AI’s increase. For your great opportunity, I feel like everyone focuses on shiny objects, like the best reminders or the best tools? It is good, but not enough to focus on soft skills.

As if we forgot that even though we use to create, our creations still have for humans.

Soft skills!

To make the most of AI, you do not need to know the latest hacks or have access to some secret buttons or magic reminders.

I believe that soft skills are where the money will be created, where you separate wheat from the shell. 💪

That said, these are some skills that I believe will put you in the best position to maximize the opportunities ahead:

  • Clear communication: This is a Twofer. Communicate with AI and your customers.
  • Imagination and creativity: This also doubled to whom and your business.
  • Sample identification: Your brain is GPT-ing before GPT. Do not lose that.
  • Critical thinking: Who is a tool. Making decisions is your job.
  • Patience: Who will be no matter how good it is, so you have to be patient and refine your reminders to get the output you want.

I do not say that you should not learn the best practices, etc., but do not lose focus on the soft -sized skills from the average level. If this is a sport, these soft skills will be the basic principle. 🤗
